choice of three crust colour options to satisfy
every taste. Baking with the Professional
Breadmaker is so easy to do and with the 15-hour
pre-set timer you can set it the night before
and wake up to a freshly baked loaf.
The Professional Breadmaker features the
latest technology and is fully programmable with
a baking process monitor so that you know
exactly what stage your machine is at in the
breadmaking process. The technology also allows
you to save your 8 favourite recipes - you can
either start your recipe from scratch, or base
it on one of the first 8 preset menus. In
addition, there are 3 handy reference cards,
which slide out of the side of the control panel
- featuring a quick guide, a programming guide,
and a 'favourites' card for you to jot down the
recipes you have saved.
Need bread in a hurry? Use the turbo/fast
bake cycle, which is ideal for any of the white,
wholewheat, sweet, or French bread recipes. Or,
if you like to wake up to the smell of freshly
baked bread, the programmable timer allows bread
making to be delayed. And there's even a handy
fruit and nut dispenser that will automatically
add ingredients at the correct time during the
baking process.
